Terms of Use
Effective 15 October 2026 · Last updated 15 October 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the SIH India website at sihindia.com, including the Founding Pass and early-access registration. By using the website you agree to these terms.
SIH India is currently an early-stage healthcare technology initiative operated by its founder in India and has not yet been incorporated as a separate legal entity.
1. What the website is
The website explains what SIH India is building and invites people to register for early access. SIH India is under development. Descriptions of features describe what is being built and do not mean those features are available today.
2. Demonstrations are simulations
The interactive demo and the Command Centre on the website are simulations. Their data is synthetic and generated in your browser. They do not show real patients, facilities, usage or network activity.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on the website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
4. The Founding Pass
- The Founding Pass is free. One pass is issued per email address, and up to 25,000 passes will be issued.
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- A Founding Pass gives early access to SIH India when it opens, on terms that may be set out at that time.
- A Founding Pass is not a medical record or health identity, is not ownership or equity in SIH India, has no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and does not guarantee access to any future paid or regulated healthcare service.
- SIH India may cancel passes obtained through automated, fraudulent or abusive means.
- Programme details may change as SIH India develops. Registered members will be told about material changes.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, submit false or automated registrations, or use the website in breach of law.
6. Content and names
The SIH India name, the website design, text and graphics belong to SIH India and its founder. You may share links to the website and your own Founding Pass image.
7. Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and liability
The website is provided as it is, and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, SIH India is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: connect@sihindia.com.
